Great Buffalo garlic wings and great customer service. Drive-through experience was great.

Extremely long wait. Wrong order and overcharged.No one answered at the drive thru for a few minutes when we pulled up. Had to wait about 25 minutes for our food to come out to us. Food was bland at best.Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time eating at Zaxby's, and I wasn't disappointed. For fast food, the food was good, and portions were nicely sized.

The rudest filthiest zaxby’s I have ever been to. Every worker inside had a horrible attitude. Screwed up a simple order for chicken and fries, forgetting the fries. Nearly slammed the bathroom door into me and then threw paper towels at my head when exiting the bathroom.

Bathroom was stinking of hot pee, and floor was covered in pee. food was unseasoned and small. all the tables were dirty, sticky and full of other's people food. the soda dispenser was hot, not working, shameful!
