Texas Roadhouse - Orange City

Ordered a salad and wings and the salad was like soup, but the wings were bone dry. I ordered hot and there was no flavor. Not even mild. Also took forever to get the food. Could definitely improve on food quality and service. Update, they contacted me immediately and offered a refund for the food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

If you're in the area, go to Longhorn. I used to LOVE coming here. The last 2 times they were out of at least 2 things we wanted, this time they were out of potato skins, lemonade and togo/kids cups. Now, I understand these things happen but my real gripe? My husband's $34 rare porterhouse steak tasted like a burnt pork chop. My medium filet mignon was closer to rare and the char on it ruined the entire flavor. It's like we were eating bits of a dirty grill on our steaks. Absolutely awful. This place has tanked in quality beyond belief. We barely have any good restaurants around here and it's a shame because we will not be coming to Texas Roadhouse anymore. $160 bill for low quality food that i couldn't even finish (mind you my filet was only 6oz). Our server was great at least, really on top of her stuff so I didn't ask for a discount because it wasn't her fault and they were busy. We just paid the bill, tipped her and left.

Always like the ones in soyth florida. However, this irange city location wouldve gotten 0 stars from me. Steak and beef tips could be used as rubber bullets, they were so hard. Place was crammed, tvs, music, and ppl loud as all hell, bathroom dirty, stinky, and nasty, and we only saw our waitress, once. Hostesses were snooty little five year Olds that acted like this place is Ruth Chris. Will never go to this location. Would only recommend this location to ppl I don't like. Hahaha!

I never was this dissatisfied with this food as i was tonight we recieved our food and got no bread and all of our steaks in my order was overcooked and the potatoes were to and the bread would be a ten minute wait on it and during yalls busy hour yall wouldnt have enough bread to accomodate all of yalls guests that dine in nor order takeout and the food also had no seasoning at all Service: Take out

Over the last year we have been going there the food quality has been going down hill last time we went the steaks had little flavor the mashed potatoes was watered down the fried pickles was mostly stuck together.
