Pizza Hut - Orange City

The server was very friendly, and the food was delicious. It only took 15 minutes to arrive!

I ordered a Supreme Pizza. The old ones that I am accustom to getting have a large assortment of toppings. First the out 2 inches had no sauce, mushrooms were totally raw, green peppers were barely cooked, and I couldn't find the sausage or pepperoni. Extremely disappointed in Pizza Hut

Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean. Food was piping hot fresh from the oven. A little disappointed in the taste of the pizza but the pasta was very good. Family loves the bone-out wings. Happy that they still offer $5/$6 deals otherwise menu prices are high.

Way better customer service then domino's pizza they greet you as you walk in and they pretty fast to.

Hi, I have to be honest. I always liked pizza hat. But there are a few things that happen within this particular franchise location that affect each other. I ordered several times from this facility and on every occasion my food was boiled wrong or wrong. I am uncertain why delivery is no longer available. For this reason, the parking lot can get quite full when trying to do a pickup on high volume business days. Also a large pet of me sees someone who either pre-loads/prepares or serves my food, enters the main entrance doors and ignites a smoke. There is only something about sitting in your car waiting for your order to be prepared and to see one of the people working on your food and smoking a cigarette. I don't know that it just doesn't look professional and definitely screams about a lack of management. I don't think I'm going to visit this store until some changes are made there. I'm sorry, but the truth sometimes hurts. You had a good thing, people clean up and people come back.
