Chili's Grill - Orange City

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but the restaurant's interior appears quite worn and outdated. The tables are in need of refinishing, and the window shades have been broken for years. It seems that management should focus on the appearance of the interior, as it requires some immediate updates.

Our server today, whose name I believe was Kat, provided excellent service. She was very attentive and had a friendly demeanor—just the kind of waitress you hope for when dining out. As for the atmosphere, well, it's typical of Chili's: a casual American dining experience. I've been coming here for years and generally have had a good experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Our experience wasn't great, to be honest. We were a party of five, but our waitress appeared to be confused about our order and drinks. It seemed like they were understaffed, so I can’t hold her entirely responsible. My husband enjoyed his steak, and my mom liked her filet, but that was pretty much the highlight of our meal. We really hope to see improvements, as we usually love Chili's!

I made a 60$ plus to go order the other month and everything was perfect figured I could order again 60 plus including tip to go order I said well done for burgers got about 4 meals plus sides only 2 ketchups told them well done I broke the burgers in half this is what I got smh wish I could get a refund or something

I’m a little disappointed by chili’s new menu I ordered a 3 for me had to pay an up charge for the crispers and I barely got a half serving of fries with my order, one slice of garlic bread which was also an up charge and what accounts to 3 pieces of chicken. Very disappointed.
