The staff was extremely accommodating and efficient. They prepared everything just the way I wanted and ensured that I was completely satisfied.

Besides them often getting ur order wrong, this place is cool.Clerks are typically friendly. Place is clean. Be careful walking from the parking lot to the store. Drive thru line is often backed up onto the street.

Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru; they forgot to include my donut.

The store was empty for very fast in and out purchase one extra large iced coffee one medium size coffee one awesome cream donut and two regular donuts and we were in and out of the store great customer service love the store.

I ordered a drink with no ice, and they charged me extra for it. That has never happened to me before. Is this just a case of greed, or is this a new policy from Dunkin’?
