Cyrano Cafe Restaurant - Oradea

Great food; fair prices. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Oradea and looking for more traditional food in the city center

It was a medium to poor experience 1st day at 18 hello i want a lemonade and a goulash soup, after 2 minutes i received the lemonade and after another 10 minutes the waitress told me that there is no more goulash soup. Please keep in mind that this restaurant is known for goulash soup. Ok i said i will keep the lemonade and we will go to another place to eat. Next day we arrived at 16:30 and i asked the waitresses who are sitting next to the bar, do you have goulash soup, aaa is not ready yet, ok how much do i still need to wayt and the answer was i dont know, but who should know, then another waitress said something in hungarian and they told me that actually they have. I sat at the table and i said to the same waitress like the day before we want 2 goulash soup, the same answer its not ready

We had a family dinner and the quality of the food was very low. We had chicken wings which were very dry and burnt. We also had some crispy chicken which was very difficult to bite because of the hard coating. The potatoes we had as sides had no spices on. Another disturbing thing was that we paid for a meal such as chicken wings or crispy chicken but we had to pay extra for the sauces and for the potatoes. We thought we were going to get at least some sauces, but nothing. How can you serve for a full price a chicken dish and not offer a basic sauce? Also when we came in the restaurant we asked if we can go upstairs at level 1 to eat there. We were told we can't. But, the next persons who came after us were allowed to go there. We felt dissapointed. With our chicken diah we had some mixed salad. The salad was full of vinegar and it looked like a salad from 1800. I will leave a photo of it added to this review. All together a very bad experience.

Went in to get a drink and they were closing, which is understandable but the gentleman there was so rude, and pretty much told me to get out!

On a weekday with not even a packed restaurant 40 minute wait for the food in which the meat was dry and super salty. Bad quality fries, tasting bitter, probably the oil is being over used. And they don't serve you tap water if you ask. Staff was unprofessional and rude. Used to be a good place but I will never go back again.
