American Grill - Oradea

Extremely disappointed with this burger place! I have placed an ordered on their app, after an hours I called them to see when should I expect it. I was informed that my order has been canceled. Reason: my address is not close enough for them...to deliver! Apparently they have a different delivery company they work with and they don’t deliver at my address, which is 5 min from city center. Poor service from their side, no one called to inform us that THEY have cancelled our order! Why having an app to order if you can not deliver everywhere in the city??? They simply prefer to not inform you!

I think I had the best fast food ever! High-quality ingredients, I ate there 2 times during my city break in Oradea, and it left me without this greasy aftertaste, which I usually get after eating Burger and Pommes. The restaurant itself is small but... very optimised and the service was great! Very pleasant staff, responsible and carved. Compared to quality, prices are really acceptable.

Wherever you decide to dinate or choose a takeaway, do not miss their french french fries and their pulled porkpest. Absolutely delicious!

Great little place near town center, with friendly staff. Burgers and fries are freshly cooked, portions are nice, food is tasty. Great alternative to franchise fast-food and not much more expensive.

We (me and some friends) ordered a burger and fries today and 3 of us got very sick (including me) after eating it; I haven't talked to the rest of my friends to find out if their stomach is fine but it was a terrible experience and I will never try it again. The fries were soggy and oily, the burger was burned (both the bread and the meat), the meat was extremely dry and didn't taste like anything and the delivery guy showed up 30 minutes late. Probably the worst food I ever had in Oradea!
