Taco Bell - Opelika

Always love taco bell. I always tell my friends that I can just make amazing tacos at home, but I go to Taco Bell for the brand taste. If I want Taco Bell, I want a fucking Taco Bell Taco!

This is the first time in at least 6-9 months that a restaurant or fast food place had excellent service and got our order right! GREAT JOB YALL!

I see many reviews here that are negative to the drive thru. I use the drive very rarely. Because I'd rather go in. I always had a great customer service inside. The staff is always friendly and seems to get my order right away. And it's always right. Just what I ordered. I think the attitude can have something to do with all the negative reviews I see. If you start your visit negatively, it will likely end negatively. Be nice, it goes far.

It's a Taco Bell, so the food was just as expected. But the STAFF....outstanding! Friendly, smiling, courteous! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you and kudos!
