Longhorn Steakhouse - Opelika

This restaurant is currently rebuilt. I laughed yesterday when we came in and saw signs around the walls that the paint was still dry and caution was recommended. It wasn't a joke, a couple stood on my finger! Our service was very slow yesterday, although it was 1:40 and not very full at all. I was really disappointed, but hoped that it was due to the fact that, as this store rebuilds, things might not be so safe around the place and caution and slow speeds were recommended. I really think the business should have closed to finish the job, and it would be professional to do. But I enjoy my fried cheesecake dessert and since this was the first time in 5 years that I had no incredibly great experience here, I could forgive myself here and there a little schnapps. The place is so incredibly popular because of great food and service it is worth returning to very soon.
