Pizza Hut - Opa-locka

Been on a diet for quite a long time and the Pizza Hut commercials were finally getting to me. So I got a pizza, garlic, bread and wings for the next

Very fast and very good atmosphere, the lady who served us was great.

Honestly I rather not even give any stars if I had the option.I placed an order through DoorDash for a meat lover pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi, I received a Hawaiian pizza and just my luck ofcourse I’m allergic to pineapples. Me and my husband called up the store and they put us with the manager Xavier which his title should not even be to manage because he is just awful. We explained the problem and he stated the only thing he could do is offer 20% to my next order. He was not able to send out a driver to my location because it was not within the distance of the store. I Will make sure this will get reported to Pizza Hut Corporate and this store will get shut down. Now we have to spend money elsewhere and I did not even get a refund from Pizza Hut. He said there was nothing else for him to do for us. Very quick to clean his hands. This is why our society is all messed up. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT order from this store.

I'm old enough to remember what Pizza Hut's pizza used to taste like. Now, when I eat the pizza I feel like I'm eating something that I can't really taste. But in order to live a fulfilling life you have to discover new and exciting things, or hold on tightly to what you already know and love. Somewhere in the world is a pizza that will remind me or rival the one that I used to get excited about. I can't wait to find it.

My experience at Pizza Hut has been utterly disappointing. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, my order was canceled without a single word of apology or explanation. Not only that, but the coupons I had for free items are now marked as used, which is a complete injustice. When we tried to contact customer service, they treated us with a total lack of respect, hanging up on us without allowing us to voice our complaints. This experience has been an absolute disaster, and it makes me reconsider if I'll ever order from Pizza Hut again. #Unsatisfied #TerribleService
