This beachrestaurant is nicely situated at the entrance of the beach in Oostkapelle. It has a pirate-themed layout. Nice for kids. It uses a self service concept which is convenient. Food is barely OK'ish. A pretty standard menu with no really special dishes. We had fries, a grilled cheese and a trout sandwich. The trout sandwich was dry and needed a lot of extra lemon, salt and pepper to make it edible. But worst of all was that the bread of the grilled cheese was molded! We only found out after our daughter finished 3/4 of the sandwich. We did complain and got our money back without hassle but this is not acceptable for a restaurant.

Nice business, staff is very friendly and nice to sit with the kids. Only had lunch there last year, this was fine, unfortunately it didn't happen this year, only had a drink but again very friendly staff. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
