Burger King - OOLTEWAH

This location consistently closes early, and it's completely unacceptable. I work in the restaurant industry, and we're not allowed to close early, so I don't understand why this location gets a pass. I've witnessed it happen too many times, and I've finally had enough. On Friday night, they were supposed to be open until midnight, but they had already closed by 11:20. Corporate really needs to monitor this location because they are definitely losing business. The service is outstanding and the staff is incredibly friendly! We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was very reasonable at just $1–10. The food was excellent, giving it a solid rating of 5. The service also deserves a perfect 5, and the atmosphere is equally commendable with a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Onion Rings and Cheeseburger!

I'm glad to see your employees enjoying themselves and connecting with each other while on the job, but it would be great if I didn't have to wait for my order while they do so. You might want to consider bringing in some managers to keep things on track. Also, the door was locked at 9:30 PM, which could drive away customers. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and one spicy sandwich. The two chicken sandwiches should have been 2 for $6 but I was charge $6 for each of them and they gave me a spicy chicken wrap instead of the sandwich which cost twice as much. Basically, I was charged double what I should have paid and received the wrong order. I tried to fill out the survey on the receipt but the code kept coming back not found, I guess they can’t even do feedback right. I doubt I’ll be back.
