Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Every time we get here, they get everything wrong. The manager went to my husband this evening after they lost our order and then made it again, but it wasn't all we ordered that he took it and was yelled at. Managers also tried to spend big and family size and laughed and said dang thought we could fool him.

On Tuesday, Jose was very nice and had a kind tone and we had a nice conversation, very friendly person!

They have the lobby locked due to COVID restrictions, but also dont always answer their phone when trying to pick up a pizza ordered online. First time I got through I was told to get into the drive thru line even though I watched them bring out at least 6 orders prior to me getting through on the phone. After seeing the drive thru line was clear around the corner I called back. I had to argue with the staff to have them agree to bring out my order and then watched as a second staff person brought out another person's order. Wont be using this location again!

If they don't have face masks available for customers, shouldn't they be concerned that the manager is neglecting their responsibilities?
