Outback Steakhouse Ontario

I placed two mobile orders and both times my order was missing items. I reached out to customer service through the app, but they did not take any action to fix the issue. Hopefully someone from the team will see this review and rectify the situation.

Delicious steak well done with premium sides . My favourite was Brussels sprouts and sparragos. Clean and nice place to enjoying with the family and friends. The only thing on Saturday 5pm we waited 1 hour to get a table.

We had an amazing server, Kristen, who provided exceptional service during our visit. Another staff member also helped resolve an issue, and he was great as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience at the restaurant.

I ordered the 18oz bone-in ribeye cooked rare, but it arrived more medium well. Although I hesitated to say anything, I couldn't finish the steak. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he took the steak back and requested a new one to be made. The manager then came out, apologized, and replaced my entire meal even after I had eaten all the sides. I may not be back in town anytime soon, but I will definitely be returning to this Outback and recommending it to my coworkers. Parking: Plenty of space available.

Food was average. They changed the recipe on the bloomin onion; breading is now too mushy. I can accept the lower quality in the food but the two main problems were the service and the ladies bathroom. We had dinner and stayed for drinks at the bar. I ordered a beer but forgot to ask for a lime wedge. When he delivered the beer I asked for lime. I was 3/4 finished with the beer and appetizer before the server came back to refill my daughter’s tea. I again asked for the lime and he brought it when the dinner was delivered. We saw him a total of 4 times between sitting down and leaving. 3 of those were after the meal was served. I used the bathroom around 8pm, It wasn’t completely clean, but usable. 2 hours later I walked in to use again before leaving and it was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. Trash covering every floor space in all stalls. Urine, hair and etc. covering every toilet seat, and trash cans overflowing. I wanted to throw up the meal I just spent $36 for. Between dinner and drinks for 3 people we spent close to $300 and I couldn’t even use the bathroom before I left. I called for the manager who said she was aware of the situation but hadn’t done anything to correct it. I told her it was f’’kng disgusting and she told me not to cus at her and she started crying. She said she would go in and personally clean it and let me know when it was available. 10 minutes later she still didn’t come back. By that time I wanted to cry because I had a 20 minute drive to get home to use a clean bathroom. I’ve worked in the services industry as a manger and knew how to schedule regular checks/cleaning of bathrooms. This is totally unacceptable for a dining establishment that charges $30+ per meal and 11+ per drink. Yes, it was a busy night but this time of the year they should be prepared and well staffed to handle all of it. I absolutely do not recommend this place! Go to anywhere but here!
