Carnitas Al Estilo Michoacan - Ontario

Cashier Erica was rude. I ordered 2 lbs if carnitas where is weighed in front of us . And Erica asked really unprofessional in front of us to her co worker if it wasn't Ober the weight. And then when paying she assumed that I knew I was supposed to give her 2 tickets they gave me . My first time and certainly my last time . The food was good but really bad service from cashier Erica.

The meats are really good. Salsas need better flavor. Their order/pay/pickup lines need some serious help.Food: 5/5

First time trying out this place you walk in no one greets you it's so confusing where to order after I figured that out he gives you a ticket and you have to go to another line to pay my order came out to 39.30 I gave her 40 dollars one of the 20 dollar bills had a tear on the bottom of the bill the girl walks over to some man walks back and says I ca wowont n't except this bill cause it's torn and we can't give it back to customers and the bank won't take it little did she know that I work at the bank I said excuse me if you were to take this to the bank they would put a piece of tape on put it in there mutilated money so he comes and says we can't take it I said all you have to do is put a little tape and he goes where am I supposed to get tape and by this time I'm getting irritated the customer next to me says I will exchange the bill for you then the manager says oh no worries ma'am we will except it the cashier had such a horrible attitude after that I Will never go back to this place he was being to petty over a 20 dollar bill

The cook took my oder worng he said because I open it my torta he won't give me the torta I oder carnitas mix..Food: 3/5

I always order to go in advance so I don't know how the service is in person. However, I always get my order right and available on time of pick up. Great service for the to go option. I do this because it's always full. If you want delicious carnitas this is a great place. They do catering as well.Food: 5/5
