Buffalo Grill - Onet-le-Château

The restaurant advertised with airco, but we don't have the feeling. they were from speck. the pommes were warm, not hot from the pan. it took a long time until we sat, and then it ages until a waiter appeared and:. my daughter was handed over a hot plate to sit on the table. it was so hot that she burned her finger: . you understand: no happiness. the fish and the burgers were good, menu available in English.

The service is okay. eating is okay. the ambiente is okay. nothing to complain. not to praise.

Dined in the buffalo grill at a few moments during our stay near rodez in the juli. really good grill food, free salads and broth rolls to start. steak and mixed grills for two people were very tasty and good. As with all buffalo grill menus, the selection is huge and the quality is very good. the desert menu is too good! never disappointed by buffalo grill and that wasn't an exception. we had the same waiter twice. very happy friendly guy who spent time talking to us mixed French and English for our use. learn some French in this process.

Très déçu,À 12h36 on arrive.On demande seulement 3 plat du jours en demandant si on peut être servi rapidement pour la reprise du travaille. On nous répond oui sans problème.13h30 toujours rien, le bon n’avait pas été transmis.Obligé de quitter le restaurant pour reprendre le travail le ventre vide.Ils nous ont tout de même offert la bouteille de vin consommé sur place.Beaucoup trop long, c’est pas la 1ère fois et aucune réaction de la part de la direction pour amélioré le service pour les clients.
