Taco Bell - Oneonta

I visit Taco Bell frequently, including for breakfast, but this particular location is my least favorite. The staff is always friendly, especially the woman in the drive-thru, but the prices are outrageous. They are significantly higher than at other Taco Bell locations and even exceed the prices advertised in national commercials. Additionally, the portion sizes are noticeably smaller compared to other Taco Bells, despite the higher cost. I often have to order several items without beans because when they include beans, there tends to be hardly any meat. Furthermore, the hours can be unreliable; they are supposed to serve breakfast, yet I've shown up at 9:45 AM and found them closed. I've started making the drive to Springville or Pinson instead because I get frustrated every time I come here.

Went by drive thru on Saturday, ordered a Burrito Supreme, water, and asked for some fire sauce. Now, I am not sure if the employees are either lazy or just do not know what a Burrito Supreme is made with. We get a bean Burrito and no fire sauce, theonly thing correct was the water. This location is horrible for correct orders making the food right. Oh and when you attemptto make a complaint on the Taco Bell website, after entering in all the info sumbit, an error message pops up stating thewebsite is not found. Good job Taco Bell, this explains why your employees are not trained correctly either.

The restaurant is clean and attentive, but my only real issue is with the parking. There are moments when it gets quite busy, and the limited space can make it challenging to navigate out of the parking area.

Something about living in small towns and privately owned franchises....the prices are always higher than usual. The people are okay. The speed is decent. But they don't fall in with the specials from the apps.

This restaurant has really declined recently. The taco selection isn't what it used to be, and they often get orders wrong. Service is incredibly slow. I recommend trying a different location.
