Bidrage med feedbackThe staff was chatting and socializing a lot, which slowed things down. My drive-thru experience took much longer than expected this time. I ordered a hamburger, pie, and a medium drink, and I found myself waiting over five minutes at the window after paying to get my order. It seems like there might be some new team members working there.
Don’t take these stars too seriously. I’m not seeking a refund or compensation. I went through the drive-thru, which was backed up due to the lunch rush. The burger was decent, and I appreciated that they didn't include the pickles I requested to be left out. However, my drink was mostly ice, and the fries were lacking in seasoning. I’m not asking for a remake, just hoping for some improvement. I really enjoy Jack's fries when they're seasoned well, and I'd prefer to have more drink than ice.
On November 12, 2022, I encountered a long drive-thru line that extended out to the street, so I decided to go inside. I waited for about 35 minutes in line—no exaggeration. While I was waiting, I placed my order online and managed to move ahead of everyone else in line. The people who were ahead of me still hadn't had their orders taken by the time I completed mine. The guy at the register, who has a rather large head, seemed a bit out of it—almost like he was on Xanax or something.
We waited in line for 21 minutes, which we understood due to it being between breakfast and lunch. Our food was cold when we got it and the fries were greasy and not done.
I go here a lot and really the service depends on who is in there working at the time but over all I?m a big huge Jacks fan .. I eat at jacks every morning and at least once in the afternoon thru the week ??????????????
