Smoking Jay’s BBQ - Omaha

Holy cowSo we're close to Kansas City, but dang!! The ribs, the ribs, the ribs.

I feel bad giving two stars when I previously gave 4.

The rating for Smoking Jay needs to come down to earthTo start, what I ate - the brisket - was not BBQMore like pot roast.

Rib were in their mouths tasty, potato salad was creamy and tasty, sweeter tee was perfect. highly recommended to stop, service was great, made me feel like home!

It was more of 3.5 or so. the food was good. it wasn't all to write at home, but better than chain options like thickys. the brisket on the sandwich was something too fat and not enough of the meat itself. not much. the mac and the cheese could use a bit makeover, but it wasn't terrible. the pommes were on the spot! krispy outside and soft inside. the personal was friendly. in no case disappointed.
