Pizza Hut - Omaha

Terrible. Placed an online order. Got a call that I missed that they were out of an ingredient (and not very smartly asked if we wanted to substitute real sausage for veggie sausage). Told me I had 5 minutes to call back or they'd cancel the order. I tried repeatedly (8 times) to call back (on both the number they called me on and the main number listed on the website) and got recorded messages each time. Don't give people a stupid time limit if you're not going to be accessible.

The service was disappointing, and don’t expect delivery to a business if they don’t accept phone payments. I will never request their services or food again!

I had a good meal and the service time for my pick-up order was satisfactory. However, I encountered an issue with the car-side delivery. The delivery person attempted to hand me my large combo meal, which came in a big rectangular box roughly the size of two medium pizzas placed side by side. The delivery instructions clearly stated to deliver to the passenger side, but she approached the driver's side instead. When I asked her to come to the passenger side, she complied but seemed frustrated. I rolled down my passenger window for her to pass my order through, but she only partially handed it to me, not ensuring it landed in my passenger seat before walking away. I found this behavior a bit rude, especially since I had left a $4.85 tip when placing my order online. What was the point of that?

I opted for curbside delivery, but when I got there, I found no instructions. After waiting for several minutes, I decided to go inside to pick up my order instead. It would be helpful if they provided a number to text upon arrival.

Great food, great presentation but HORRIBLE customer service!! It was obviously busy and the lady answering the phone was very very rude. I ended up ordering online just so I didn't have to deal with her rudeness. She obviously could not multi task at all. Just ridiculous!!
