Mcdonald's - Omaha

Good experience here, got through the drive through very quickly, everything tasted hot and fresh.

They get busy sometimes but the workers there always make sure to get food to everyone, even people who are critical of their hard work.

I literally saw an employee drop a whole burger on the floor then proceed to wrap it up and put it in a bag for the customerJust putrid.

Dreadful service. waited 10 minutes for an breakfast order and then told only coffee that should be started when we hired the order. tired waiting so that we left and with my hashbrown became a chicken ranch sand, which was cold with torn brot. I threw it away. not a mcmuffin this morning.

Smile. love these mcdonald’s and the morning staff. I don't think I had a rude interaction before or after rebuilding. Perhaps some of them comment on their own behavior should take into account. no worries, I will be there as usual for my big coffee with pralinen!
