Burger King - Omaha

It had been a while since my last visit to a Burger King, and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken sandwich was freshly made and piping hot, and the fries were just as hot and delicious. I also enjoyed an ice-cold orange soda.

Good location. Recently renovated. They always get my order right, so I have no complaints in that regard. Friendly staff.

I usually find this place quiet during my lunch break. The staff are friendly, and the dining room is always very clean. It's a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal, although occasionally the large TV gets really loud.

Do NOT come to this location! I ordered my food on the app at 7:56pm. I arrived at this location at 8:06pm. One car was ahead of me and the lot was empty. My turn comes at the speaker. They told me it will be just a second. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I’M STILL WAITING IN DRIVE THRU! At five minutes intervals, I say, “hello??” … nothing! I pull around to the window and kindly ask the lady for a refund. They said because I paid in app they can’t refund me and asked me to come inside and chat with the manager. So I did. The manager had a very nasty attitude and said… well we have your food right here. I said, I do not want it. I would like my money back please. She said you didn’t pay us, you paid the app so you have to email them. I said, wait… there needs to be some sort of compensation or customer service credit here… I been waiting… she said and I quote, “and … when you pulled up I told you it was going to be a minute”. I said, but it was FIFTEEN minutes!! She said… “and?? I was busy”. I am doing a chargeback to my Visa card and I will never use this location again. So disrespectful!

Visited Omaha for the first time ever. Stopped at BK on 7205 Ontario St Omaha. Some BKs don’t take value in their food and service. Well, this location is great. The food is well cooked hot and fresh, with friendly customer service. Looking forward to returning?
