Arby's - Omaha

The employees were dishonest about traveling to Norfolk for Arby's. I wouldn't recommend eating at Omaha.

I used to love going here for the salads, but they recently changed the portion sizes and removed them completely. I was really disappointed since it was my favorite dish. While I’m not a fan of the chicken tenders and some other menu items, the curly fries, jalapeño bites, and shakes are excellent!

I dine here quite frequently since my sister works at the restaurant. The food is excellent, although it can take some time to be served. The staff is very friendly, and I definitely recommend it. P.S. Be sure to try the vanilla shake; it’s absolutely delicious!

Food and service were fine, but almost all of the tables were dirty, I ended up having to clean it myself before sitting down. While we were trying to enjoy our meal, the staff were cussing and yelling in the back. Definitely not a child-friendlyenvironment.

I will NEVER come to this location. After explaining I was hard or hearing. Employees procedded to mock me and poking fun at my expense. Later when calling to speak to a manager about it. They refused to acknowledge any issue. Procedded to even tell meother locations I could try for deaf people. Do Better Arbys!
