Bidrage med feedbackWe were informed there would be a 20 minute wait to be seated. After 45 minutes we were still waiting. We were not allowed to sit at the bar, however they did have a person wiping off the bar where there were no people sitting, 2 people sweeping thefloor, one person standing around twirling keys and a manager who did nothing except say he only had 1 waitress. There wereonly 4 tables with people seated. Maybe the manager or other people could have stepped up and done more to actually serve thecustomers. We ended up leaving after 45 minutes of watching the lack of effort.
Really nice place to have lunch or dinner with friends. The atmosphere was very calm during lunch and the food was well made. The server was above and beyond our expectations . We really enjoyed our time and will definitely go back.
I ordered a bourbon street steak, no mushroom or wobble, they gave me both. I pointed out that she took the plate and went and scraped it off and brought back the exact same plate. No, thank you. the waitress asked if I would eat it, and I said no. she then said in a super sparkling ton get sick only she a new one then. I stole my new one, the manager composed my steak when I was sitting there eating it, she went by and took my teller and said no word. So I went and took the manager again, he said, don't worry about the rest of her bill, I'll go to grab our things and she went on our table while I spoke with him and took the gift card I left at the table, and took us out, no kind of offer to refund it, even though he said he would compose the whole meal. seriously, what is that?!
I put 1 star because I can't leave it blank. but rather have it be zero stars. Went to this restaurant. We saw that there were a couple of parties waiting. But when we walked in half of the place was empty. A gal started walking toward the front with her arms bunched up. Didn't realize at first that she was an employee. She never said a word so I had to talk first. Let her know a party of two and gave my name without being asked. The place didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The gal clearly wasn't train properly. They may have been short staffed so she might have been thrown in a position that she hasn't done before. But really. I have never seen so much of unprofessionalism. I think she even seated people in the wrong order. And that could of been avoided if she would of opened her mouth and said something. But I did not see her mouth move once. After seeing that just in the first 5 minutes we left. I am not one to cut and run so fast. I like to give a person/place a chance. But I have never seen a place so bad, before. People have the skills they have but if you are going to put someone in a position like that and not go through some basic customer service points. Than the management needs to be changed. Customer Service is the first thing people experience. I don't think customer services skills are being taught anymore and especially at this place of business at this time. I am sorry that this was so bad that I had to write a bad review. I generally like Applebee's and I hope they do better in the future.
Good service and eating is delicious. it is the spinat artichoke and bourbon street huh and garnel for me! so good! very noticeable of the free meals that are made available to the veterans!
