Acadian Grille Scratch Kitchen - Omaha

I was asked by the server if I wanted to add a sauce after I took a bite. I said that the burger was already perfect and couldn't be improved. The dirty rice was also excellent. Even the lettuce in my wife's salad was fresh and crispy. Overall, I don't think there was any way to make our food better. The service was also excellent. Overall rating for the food: 5 out of 5.

I thoroughly enjoyed the boudin balls, which had a crispy exterior and delicious filling. The catfish was cooked to perfection. However, I found the crawfish etouffee to be lacking in flavor, which was disappointing. The mac and cheese and dirty rice were both decent. The service was outstanding and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

Great service. Clean inside. Food came out pretty quick. The homemade ice cream was so good, we had the Heath bar chocolate flavor.Food: 4/5

Wife is from Louisiana, this was right up her alley! Food was great except the dirty rice, all we could taste was chunky green peppers and celery...it's suppose to be thinly chopped not chunky. Catfish and meatloaf was great!Food: 5/5

The food at this restaurant is quite good overall. The five pepper chicken and pasta dish could be significantly improved by using a higher quality noodle that holds up better in the sauce. The sauce and chicken were excellent. The boudin balls had a few fish bones, but the dirty rice was outstanding. The softshell crab sandwich was delicious. The crawfish etouffee was almost perfect, just needing a bit more spice and depth of shellfish flavor to take it to the next level.
