Olympia Coffee Roasting

This is the best coffee spot in Olympia! It's one of the places I miss the most since I moved away. The baristas are fantastic and the coffee is always delicious. I used to bring my dog here from summer to winter. There are a few outdoor seating areas, which is a great option for people with furry companions.

This is a fantastic bar and coffee shop. The baristas were very friendly and the coffee was excellent. The space has a minimalist modern industrial feel with high ceilings, but it could benefit from some greenery to make it feel more lively. They roast a wide variety of coffee in-house. I tried their standard espresso and it was a single origin Peruvian coffee that was well balanced with hints of dark chocolate.

I enjoy visiting this restaurant. The coffee is excellent, as they put a lot of care into making sure they serve the best drinks possible. The baked goods are also delicious. They avoid using overly processed sugary syrups that other coffee shops use, so they typically only offer a few flavors that are house-made. The focus here is on the quality of the coffee, not on fancy or sugary drinks like other places offer. I like to bring my schoolwork and relax for a few hours with a latte and one of their gluten-free baked goods. I ordered a 12oz honey cinnamon almond milk latte and a gluten-free banana nut muffin.

This is an exquisite, top-flight coffee shop. the roasts and special coffees are to die. the shop itself is minimalist, clean and open: the focus is delicious, handcrafted coffee. I love a good cup!

Came in here to work while caffeinating. Ordered a oat milk latte, with their sugar free vanilla syrup (only sugar free option). Loved it! So delicious. And I loved their setup. Ample power outlets and tabletops to work on. Excellent vibe.
