Dutch Bros Coffee - Olympia

Every time I come here on the weekends after 5 PM there is a massive line and only half of the building is open. The staff spend so much time talking to their friends that come through that we wait 25 to 30 minutes to get our coffee and that, the best it usually is. They need to hire more people. If I have to wait in line for 20 minutes and you haven’t taken my order yet there’s something wrong with your business model with a drive up coffee stand. I love Dutch Brothers and I’ve been going for years, but it’s getting so bad.

It's easy to get in and out. Service is out of this world. Lizzy, the young lady who made our drinks, made them as requested to perfection!

Love Dutch Bros but the service here is so GENUINE! Aaliyah is absolutely so sweet , so polite , provided exceptional customer service, took my complicated order without stress, really appreciated her!

The service at Dutch Bros is always great, but this was at another level!!! I was hesitant about ordering a drink with cream, and my broista convinced me to get it (it was AMAZING! On top of that, I got my drink quickly and the layout of the drive thru was clear, unlike some other DB drive thrus. When I'm nearby, I'll definitely stop again!
