Have business in Olympia and not an evergreen student? The restaurant that celebrates a country within a country. This establishment celebrates the collaboration of all the Pacific Northwest regions with art, posters and apparel celebrating bioregionalism. The menu is just as diverse as the people here. Horrible food server was nice but manager was trying to stare me down when I didn’t like my food it was actually bad I have never had a manager stare me down like to force me to eat the food the steak was really hard. I mean for $35 you would want it cooked right

Tammy was an incredible server, and the drinks and food were great. A bit heavy on the seasonings, but tasted perfect. My friend had the trout and she loved it. Nice big portions and everything was so fresh. 11/10 recommend. Picture is just the vegan and vegetarian menu.

Really disappointed. Right away my fiance and I were greeted by whom I imagine is the owner or manager. He was really nice and helped immediately. The server we had as well was kind and helped within 2 minutes of sitting down.For the bad part, we ordered mozzarella sticks and poutine to start. Mozzy sticks tasted great; poutine had 2 huge brown hairs in them. Thank God I put the poutine On a separate plate because, as normal, I absolutely HATE hair in my food and if that went into my mouth..this would be a WHOLE different story.I want to come back and try it again because the environment was amazing, but probably won't because hygiene is imperative to places I eat at. Please make your line cooks wear hair nets if they have long hair.

Burger was great, fries not so much. They were kinda...burnt? Not sure what happened there.
