Casey's - Olney

I had a great experience and would definitely do it again. My delivery driver, Jennifer, was very friendly and did an excellent job. The pizza was delicious!

The Meat Galore pizza was lacking a few key ingredients, and my other pizza was cut poorly and just tossed into the box. I'm really disappointed because I usually love Casey's.

My delivery driver was excellent, but my experiences with this restaurant have been mixed. Frequently, the items listed on the app are either out of stock or unavailable for various reasons. Additionally, their taco pizzas tend to be quite lacking in toppings. While they do try to offer substitutions and make things right, it would be preferable if the menu items advertised on the app were actually available.

Im not sure who Made my Pizza, but they slopped everything inside the box. Half my cheese was just slopped off to the side. I sincerely wish I could incorporate a photo because honestly the price you pay for the product youll receive is just plain abysmal If I could rate lower I would, highly recommend nobody orders a Pizza from this place. it WILL be ruined. Save your money and go to a different store.

I'm a regular at this place, and I stop by every day for a slice of pizza during lunch at the high school. Recently, I've been experiencing some harassment from others, but the manager has stepped in and has had enough. She’s even considering banning those individuals. That’s how you manage a business, and that’s what I call excellent customer service!
