Lenau Park - Olmsted Falls

Lots of fun and good food! Great family friendly Oktoberfest!

This is a hidden gem. Located behind the cultural Center, is a German restaurant with a wonderful menu selection. The options were typical German fare, and were expertly prepared. I ordered the pork schnitzel, which was tender and tasty. My family ordered the same and it was all excellent. I am not a drinker, but the list of beer options looked impressive. The ambience was excellent, with a big lake just below the outside patio. This place was just so comfortable and positive. It has an enormous parking lot, which I understand is used by car shows, and Oktoberfest. All in all, a delightful dining option, if you like German food.

We have our ski club meetings held downstairs there once a month and enjoy some good beers/cocktails before meeting.

A group of us went to Prost and received very good food, all except one person. We were all finished eating before he got his food, but it was the wrong dinner. My friend had to eat what they brought because he was hungry by then and we were ready to leave. I asked the manager to comp his dinner or give him a gift certificate, but he wouldn't do it. I think my friend was treated poorly, any other restaurant would have at least not charged for that dinner, whether he had to eat it or not

Had dinner at Prost Restaurant here with ten friends. Seven different meals were ordered. Service was perfect and we all had great dinners. The amount served was more than expected. Prices were good and the beverage selection was great too. This was not our first time there and it certainly will not be our last.
