It's was dumb to wait 20 mintues just for 2 cheeseburgers, pretzel sticks, 2 boxes of 6 PC chicken strips with soggy fries and I asked for one with country gravy and didn't get it instead they put bqq in both. And they dropped the frist box of.l chickenstrips when grabbing it off the floor the employee looks at the cook in the back asking him what to do with it. Like seriouslythis is why people should be better trained with fast food and to know common sense when it comes to dropping things on thefloor and to get orders out in a timely matter. Cuz people don't want to wait forever and get old and soggy food. Not going tothis dairy queen again.

Every time I come to this DQ, the ice cream is always very melty. The workers don?t even bother doing the upside down test on the blizzards, which is good because they would slide out on your car. Good luck if you get an ice cream cone. I seriouslythink they have issues with their ice cream machines you?d be better off getting ice cream somewhere else. Food at thislocation is good. Expect to wait at least 10 mins in the drive thru.

I took my kids there as a special treat after a long week of work. Unfortunately, I had to repeat our order four times. The staff member taking the order was short and rude. In the end, the kids received plain ice cream with chocolate chunks instead of the mint flavoring we asked for. It seems the employees could really benefit from some additional training!

I thoroughly enjoyed my mini-sized Blizzard on a hot day, opting for the Girl Scout Thin Mint flavor. My grandson had the chicken strip meal, which was excellent. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The restaurant had closed its lobby to customers, even though there were still people dining inside. They were only offering drive-thru service, and it took a long time to get served at the drive-thru. During my teenage years working in the food service industry, we were never allowed to lock the doors until the last customer had left, even if it was closing time. You also weren't permitted to ask customers to leave unless they were causing a disturbance. There's definitely room for improvement here!
