Wayback Burgers - Olive Branch

Delicious burgers and fries! The meat tastes like real beef. The shakes are to die for . One of my favorites burger joints

Came in one evening and ordered some food to go. Service was pretty quick and food was made fresh. Once hubby and I got home, we dove right on in. Food was still good and hot. I ordered the Cajun burger and onion rings and hubby ordered chicken tenders and fries. The food was decent, but nothing super special. We did enjoy it, but nothing made us say we'd hurry back to have it again. I think the burger patty and the tenders could use a little seasoning. Fries and onion rings were good. The menu is pretty loaded so maybe someday we'll circle back and try something else.

A great find. Staff was nice and friendly, food was good and restaurant was nice and clean.

I ordered one impossible burger to go. The place was not crowded at all. I went next door to Hobby Lobby until my order became ready. Goes to show that there are folks out there that is throwing food together. I got home and saw whoever made the burger didn't even pay attention. They had ONE job. The outside portion of the burger was flipped inside and the ketchup and onions was on the outside portion. I took a bite and realized that's not the way the sandwich should be. I thought it might be a new way of making the impossible burger. I went online to Wayback and saw that it was NOT the way the burger should have been made. Suffice it to say, I won't be back.

The burger meat by itself had no flavor....I have discovered when cooking an beef that just salting the grill while cooking the beef flavors the meat.....salting it afterwards does not......also allow the meat to brown.
