Osaka Japanese Cuisine - Olive Branch

I had sushi here for the first time, and I really enjoyed it. However, the wasabi that accompanied it was terrible; it was almost unbearable. I'm grateful, though, that they offer a vegetarian sushi option, which many restaurants do not. The menu is quite vast, and the ambiance is fantastic.

The restaurant has a stunning ambiance. We were seated as soon as we arrived, but it took about five minutes for our waitress to appear. Once she took our order, we didn’t see her again to check on us or refill our drinks. My sushi was delicious, but my husband’s bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer and steak dinner, served with rice and veggies, were served cold. Additionally, the portions were quite small given the size of the plate. Overall, it wasn’t worth it. We had to ask the staff for the check, takeout boxes, and drink refills ourselves.

The dumplings were fantastic! I was really looking forward to the chili shrimp roll, but I didn’t taste any chili sauce—just regular hot sauce, which felt a bit strange on sushi. It was decent, but I probably won’t order it again. The happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM has an excellent selection of food.

Placed a to-go order, when we got I asked for the receipt and she acted like she didn?t hear me. I had to wait for her to be done with a phone call so I can get my receipt, after I got it I realized why she was acting all weird. There was tip already added to my receipt! 15 dollars for spicy mayo and tip??? This place is a joke. Stopped sitting down to eat cause their service is horrible, now they are trying to rob you with to go orders too! Check your receipts people.
