Burger King - Oldtown

Came during lunch 11:30, service was quite fast for how many people we are there. Food was fresh and my order was right, will return in the future.

Loved my first visit to the newly opened Burger King! It's really up to date as an establishment. Lots of TVs, bright lights (well lit), and spacious. The staff here is what makes this Burger King so special? they are very friendly, polite, courteous and hard working with smiles on their faces. Good to know I don't have to drive AAALLLLLL the way to Spokane when craving Burger King.

We started receiving Burger King coupons in the mail, and given our busy schedules, it became a regular choice for us. I decided to try their breakfast for the first time in years, and I really enjoyed it. The voucher I used came with coffee. I used this deal twice and was offered an alternative drink when I didn’t want coffee. Today, I stopped by again and tried to use one of the coupons to order breakfast. Instead of letting me swap my coffee for a small diet soda, George informed me that it would cost an extra $1.69. I told him I had been allowed to do that on two previous occasions, but he didn’t seem to care. This isn’t a question but rather a conclusion: it's pretty clear who just lost a customer.

Thank you for bringing your restaurant to the city, as the only other choice is McDonald's, which has food that I find hard to enjoy! Burger King offers surprisingly good nuggets, both regular and spicy, for just $1.49 for ten! Unlike McDonald's, they’re actually enjoyable to eat. The staff is always pleasant and professional. Overall, I think the food is quite good, the service is fast and friendly, and it offers great value.

I waited a long time for my ride—over an hour by noon. Only four cars passed by, and there weren't many people in the restaurant. After 20 minutes, it was finally my turn. There's no excuse for such a long wait.
