Bb.q Chicken Old Tappan

This is my second review I deleted my first one because the owner called my personal phone to discuss it. I was shocked that she found my number and contacted me while I was in the middle of a meeting. It's inappropriate to call people without their permission. Despite this, I placed another order today (7/26) around 2:20 PM because my son insisted. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and very reluctant to assist. When I thanked him, he just hung up without a word. When my husband went to pick up the order, he asked for hot sauce. Just like the first time, this guy refused and was very rude, according to my husband. Hot sauce and ketchup are standard items at all burger places, so this is ridiculous. The chicken burger was terrible. It had a huge bunch of lettuce and a thin patty that was barely there. It was a waste of money and time. I don't recommend this place to anyone and will never go back.

Tried this place for the 1st time. We ordered the Honey Garlic Wings and the Secret Sauce Wings. Very fast service (online order for pickup). Everything was freshly prepared and delicious, even though we ordered close to closing—I was working late. Definitely coming back for more soon. This chicken would make amazing Supper Bow party snacks. ?

Just got bbq tonight, it’s under new ownership. Everything was great the fries, mashed potatoes, 1/2 chicken, boneless strips and the chicken sandwich just forgot to include the gravy for the mashed potatoes. Very nice they gave the veterans 25% off for Veterans Day also! ??

The best chicken I've ever eaten. The guy at the checkout was very friendly and cheerful.
