Pineapple Xpress Chinese Cafe

I would have given 5 stars except that I felt that the portion sizes were a little small for the price. Especially the rice. There should have been 2 containers of rice for 2 dinner platters. White steamed rice would have been fine although the fried rice was delicious. We just wished there was more of it.

I like fried rice with chicken and sushi. They don't give you sauces if you don't ask for them. And sometime they forget to give customer complete orders.

I stopped in on Friday and ordered some 3 different types sushi and a combination plate. Waited for my food and they told me it was ready. I grabbed my bags and left. After getting home with my food I was missing my combination. I called them and a female answered the phone, I told her I was missing my combination and she gave the phone over to a man who said “oh yes, it’s right here”. I returned to retrieve my missing food thru the drive thru as there was no one in line. The female opened the window and I explained that I was there for my missing combination. She rolled her eyes at me and said “it will be awhile, the kitchen is closed.” I looked at her is shock and told her I just called and the man said it was right there. She then told me “Don’t give her attitude it’s not her fault” I then told her I just drove all the way back for this food and she doesn’t even know anything after I just spoke with her on the phone. She slammed the window and spoke to the man who pointed at the food. She grabbed it and came to hand it to me at the window. I then told her she needs to know what the hell is going on before she opens HER mouth with ATTITUDE. She got more upset and told me to get out the hell out of there an just leave. I then cussed at her and left. I’m sorry but first of all they made the mistake and secondly to get mad at the customer for it is crazy! Thirdly the man who seemed like the manager just stood behind this female and alloyed her to yell and cuss at me, so unprofessional! Never will I support this establishment again!

Food looked good, I got the combo plate C5, there is only 2pcs of sweet and sour chicken??? Tastes good but really small portions for the price. First and last time here. I can get the same at GWok and have leftovers for lunch at the same price. Sorry guys.

We went there and sat for about 5 minutes with one of the workers sitting there next to us making to go packs and never brought us a menu or acknowledged we were there. There were workers in the back cooking that saw us and nobody helped us so we left.
