Jack's - Old Hwy Columbiana

It was so disgusting and dirty I couldn't even use their restroom!!! So I'm sure not going to eat there!!! It didn't used to be like this at all!!! Used to be the complete opposite!!!!

I had the three piece fried chicken dinner. It was great the biscuit was probably the freshest I have ever had there. I asked for hot sauce and received plenty the drive thru employee was friendly and gave great customer service

Horrible service horrible atmosphere.I had my 5 year old daughter with me,she wanted to see inside new Jack 's,The whole staff walked past me patiently waiting for 5 min. I timed it. I do that now)Then, after walking past me repeatedly, a lady finally came up to me and said, Have you been helped? I said no She then took an order from the drive-through on headphones, then looked back at me and said, Can I help you ? at a regester away from the one I was at. I said, You talking to me? Because I didn 't know if she was talking to drive through or me, and she said very sternly and loud. You ready to order, aint you? I gave her my order, and she took my money aggressively, handed me change, and then walked back and forth while basically screaming, I dont wanna be here! When asked by other staff where she would rather be, she said, I 'd rather be on the beach buck naked with some beer and cigarettes! The food is mediocre at best. The service is almost always horrible.Just because you build a new restaurant doesn 't mean it fixes the problem this town has with its fast food. The people.
