Starbucks - Old Ellicott City

Great location. I didn't have to remind them about my reusable cup and the discount

HORRIBLE SERVICE, these people have no idea what they are doing. They can’t make drinks, they can’t take orders, they don’t know how to deal with customers, and are already out of everything by 10AM, it’s ridiculous. These managers are horrible because why are you out of stuff at 10am? Order more product to serve your customers or hire more workers, stop hiring ppl that just stand there and do nothing and never take responsibility for their incorrect orders, if I could give NO stars I would. I hope this place shuts down or gets better workers because they can’t handle it period.

Beautiful location in the Barnes and Noble to work quietly, read, and have a nice hot coffee.

I have to say, I'm not at all impressed with this Starbucks. When you pay $6.50+ for a drink, you expect it to taste like the best drink you've ever had, but that is never the case here considering I've been to many different Starbucks locations. This Ellicott City location repeatedly does not make the drinks the way they are supposed to. My last drink that I ordered here, was an oat milk brown sugar shaken expresso. The drink had no cinnamon on top, and hardly any oat milk. Mainly, it was just ice. The next day, I went to a different Starbucks location. I ordered the same exact thing, and it tasted like a completely different drink. This is just one example of many with this Ellicott City location not making the drinks properly. The staff are also not the most friendly either. Not returning here, and I would recommend going to a different location where spending $6.50 will be worth it.

Great coffee, great service, clean bathrooms, lots of parking. A+
