Red Lobster Olathe

Saturday afternoon. We had the garlic shrimp that was very good. The best thing about the meal was our server, Jacob. He had 5 tables in his section, but he always brought everything fast. None of the tables had to wait for refills. He was very efficient.

I've been coming to this restaurant with my family for many years. The staff is always really nice, courteous and quiet (even if they are busy). The fish is always perfectly cooked and of course their cookies are delicious. In addition to the aforementioned customer service, they went beyond and beyond to look for a ring I had lost. They even got flashlights and checked the parking lot. Jay kept me updated every step of the way and even wrote my information if someone turned in the ring.

It took about 10 minutes to finally get someone. Once sat, everything was very good and service was great. The only other question about sitting was the piece of cable from one of the fish and chips orders was not completely cooked.

It would have been better. The food was ok and the steak was overcooked

We went here for my birthday lunch yesterday. Altho there was a delay in seating us, we had the BEST server ever! He was friendly, attentive, fun. My food was excellent (coconut shrimp baked potato. My hubbies meal was a little disappointing as the shrimp, scallops were tiny a tad over cooked as was the flounder. My elderly mom enjoyed her seafarers feast totally. We took home leftovers he gave us extra biscuits. A surprise ice cream sundae with whipped cream 3 spoons was a treat.
