Drive through staff is inconsiderate and determined to do things their own way in spite of guest request

The crew working tonight was excellent. I was in a UHaul truck which couldn’t go through the drive through. They were very gracious in taking my order at the drive up window and because it was raining, they allowed me to come inside and pickup my order.

Watched the staff struggle with a language barrier and handled it gracefully. Service is always fast.

Love me some spicy chicken.one of the menu screens was down so we didn't get to see everything

Food's great. Service sucks. The latest was waiting 25 extra mins for an online order. Pretty consistent for this place. Employees ate just goofing around most of the time.
