Burger King - Olathe

Typically, this restaurant serves great food, but tonight was disappointing. The cheeseburger I ordered was messy and served lukewarm. I tried the bacon and Swiss cheese royal crispy chicken sandwich, which was supposed to be amazing, but it didn't resemble what was advertised at all. The menu picture looked fantastic with melted cheese, beautiful tomatoes, generous strips of bacon, and a fully-loaded sandwich. However, mine had only bacon and wilted lettuce, with no tomatoes in sight and just a few flimsy strips of bacon. The overall taste was quite unappetizing.

I'm not sure if they've changed management, but I've been wanting to visit this Burger King for a few months now, and I always find the staff to be very friendly and ready to assist me.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff was very nice and friendly, the food was fresh, and the place was clean.

I was very annoyed when I went through the drive-thru to use a voucher and was said that it could not be honored because two pay were torn off, I asked him to scan the back of the voucher, he said they did not have a scanner. I think the best way to handle the transaction would have been to do a price about the trip on the order to match the credit that I come to this franchise a lot to my lunch. I am very annoyed with the way this transaction was handled and hope they can please other customers in the future instead of turning them away to such a negative way.

Not fresh, not busy. Needs to step up the freshness of the orders. Way to many places that offer the same thing and better...
