The owner marwan does not pay his employees properly. my pay cheque was always short and he would get mad at me for asking about it.
Well I was the only customer in the store. Received the wrong pizza. Complained to head office. Upon going to back to receive the correct pizza the owner had some attitude, no regard for covid and long story short he ended up calling me a r Awful owner/ operator. After reading other reviews on other platforms sounds like the typical Okotoks panago experience. His name was marwin or something similar too. Unique name and personality he has. Give it a few years and try again. No way he lasts. Better pizza to be had in this friendly town. Amazing how a guy like that even has a business license here?!
Ive heard some horror stories of how the owner treats his workers. The veggie Korma is alright tho.
Ordered 2 pizza from Panago first time.Were awsome. I liked the taste. Marwan is doing his best. Best of luck.
