Yesterday, July 16, I went to pick up an Uber Eat order and the lady who was serving me treated me in a bad way to give me an answer. It is not the first time I have gone and I have noticed the delay and as if they were angry about the work they should improve customer service and driver

Pay attention people this place has nothing but terrible reviews and for good reason. Don’t waste your time or money. Most of the people I’ve encountered working here are rude as hell. There have been a couple friendly visits but over all it’s nearly always a negative experience. Today was kind of the last straw for me. I clearly placed my order, repeated it the person taking my order got caught up on me saying “medium” instead of regular for fries as if they weren’t interchangeable terms or as if I was trying to be difficult when I repeated myself to ask for two orders of medium fries.. When I got to the window the cashier didn’t utter a single word to me through the transaction. Just reached out for my card, handed me my drink, my card back and then my bag. The fries we did get were cold and when I got home, find that missing an order of fries that I was charged for after having repeated it twice, and given the wrong burger. I get that it’s busy at this location but damn. I work in customer service too and I could never imagine interacting with people the way they do here. When the initial experience is already awful, there’s no way I’m turning around to go up there for a refund or replacement. God knows how someone would be treated then. And whoever is copy and pasting the same response to all these reviews.. do better. Clearly after nearly a year of consistent awful reviews, nothing has changed.
