Worst customer service , employees don’t know that customers pay their salary ! Very rude ! Don’t eat there not worth it many better

I had a horrible experience for spending $50 on food. First the gal working told us that the Spicy Orange Chicken was the same as Pandas when I asked how spicy it was..it was definitely spicier and I wasn 't even able to finish it! Then we ordered 2 big orders of Crab Rangoon and 2 Egg Rolls, I asked when ordering for extra sweet and sour sauce and received 4 small packs, when I asked for more the gal working seemed very irritated and asked how many so I said a handful and she replied we don 't have that many and gave me 2 more. For the amount of food I ordered asking for extra dipping sauce should not have been an issue but instead I was practically refused. I would not have minded paying extra that 's why I asked for it when paying.I will never go back nor recommend any place that makes their customer feel like they are in the wrong for a simple request.

I came here to order for the first time and the lady at the front counter was extremely rude. I ordered a Katsu and after waiting for 5 min she then informs me they didn’t have it. She had a major attitude and when I asked her about it she attacked me verbally!! Then I asked for a refund and she said she gave me an extra dollar when she was actually a dollar short!!! Never eat at this business horrible service!!! I asked to speak to the owner and she called the police and talked about my clothes and hair and told me she looked better than me, which is irrelevant. The cook was kind enough to try and help. I would like to speak to the owner about this bad service. Please contact me. Thanks

Not a fan one bit. The service was quick and great but the food was gross. Got the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and could barely eat more than a couple bites. The egg roll only got one bit and I spit it out. Definitely not for me.

I frequent this place a lot for lunch and I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the food is MAD good and it's always quick and fresh.
