This is the most HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!!! I wish i there was an option to give negative stars!! WORST customer service i have EVER encountered!! I have placed orders with them and BOTH were HORRIBLE! time, order was placed, said to arrive in mins. Only to arrive almost hrs after said time. Come to find out they didn't even open up the establishment on time. Did we receive a courtesy phone call letting us know it would be late? NO!! Not even an apology after US calling to find out where the food was. We decided to try them again, and this time was even worse!! Not only was the food late AGAIN. But the order had specified NO ONIONS (as i am allergic to them). Apparently onions are cooked in with the meat. Yet again, no courtesy phone call to let us know. When i called to the establishment the lady answers and says UGH, WHAT DO YOU WANT .... I was hoping she was speaking to someone in front of her but NO, She was talking to ME. I explained the situation and it upset her even more. She put the OWNER on the phone and his attitude was even worse than hers! After going back and forth with the man, He finally told me is WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM and if i dont like it dont order there anymore and hung up on me!!! I wasnt asking for a refund or anything free! I just wanted my food without onions. Apparently that was to much to ask! NEVER EVER AGAIN will they get a cent from me!! And hopefully NO ONE has to go through the same experience!

I was very disappointed in the service. I work hard for my money and when I decided to spend it at a restaurant I expect basic hospitality. However, it seems that I was asking too much. I will NEVER eat here again. I will NEVER  spend my hard earned money on their lack of costumer service. This place is not even a last resort. May God have mercy on their souls because the way that they treat people they will need it.
