I had some issues with my order at this restaurant with the night shift crew, they were terrible. I wouldn't suggest going after 2 or 3 pm. However, Shell and Sarah went above and beyond to fix the problem and provided me with the best Taco Bell experience of my life. Thank you so much!
The drive-thin person was not friendly when I was asked for milder sauce in the window because I was not asked if I wanted something when I ordered
Why am I going back? I love the tacoglocke, but eating is no longer the same. this filiale is always out of the witness and they ask them to make sure they add things, but they do not trust that they are out. sample I ordered two Burrito-supremes and a crispy taco premium and a soft taco premium, she was confused and I said a taco with everything on him with acid cream. I don't have to pay for it. this is not necessarily that shiftworkers mistake, but their customer service is not rude / shameful they are just unpleasant and makes me feel a kind of away. everytime!
The order screen and computers were down. We were stuck in the drive tgrough line with 6 cats behinf us for over 30 min.
