Taco Bell - Oklahoma City

Get wrong order in the drive thru, went back to the restaurant for the correct order. that was terrible, and I still missed an article. the Chalupa bowls were too hard to eat, everything was laborious and not well done. the employees were all fighting because they handed out the wrong orders, all three customers in the restaurant were due to a problem with their orders, even to myself. If I were to eat for a customer, I would try to make the food good. what a sweat.

I can't say there was no one. What happened to people who help people? I expect nothing more than I paid from taco bell. but the people are doing this operation, why did you do this to me? I'm not the enemy, I'm just hungry!

This place seems to have hired a few new employees that I believe to do a better job now, and has made it easier to get back more frequent because my orders are correct, and I will always be offered my desired amount of sauce. nice, taco bell back.

I was really hungry. eating was hot and quickly came out! good service, very courteous staff.

I almost fell into a I'll never eat TB ever again. For the 1st time I was really upset due to the fact it was 35 bucks for 2 of us, and that's ok... Our chalupas were ok, the soft tacos with our meals were ok. We ordered 6 chicken and cheese burritos. They tasted like dog or cat they were not hot, 1strip of chicken on a cold tortilla. They also put us together on the price we spent on the chicken tacos. I was discussed with the lady working the drive threw window as well. I have not changed the way I feel about Taco Bell. Your my favorite place to eat, I just wanted to bring it to your attention that, your store needs some changes. Thank you.
