Bidrage med feedbackGreat location with plenty of parking. We enjoy that you can walk around to different establishments or sit and watch the water shoot before or after your meal. The hostess is always welcoming. Our server was friendly, funny and engaging. Wife recommends the Gator punch. For starters we shared a bowl of Gumbeaux chicken sausage. Great choice, just wish they would serve it with bread instead of crackers. Wife had the blackened tilapia with dirty rice green beans, she stated it?s average compared to other restaurants tilapia. I enjoyed the Cajun Combo skillet which I had several times before at other locations. The andouille sausage seemed overcooked, wasn?t moist and hard. I always substitute the crawfish etoufee for chicken this is one of my favorites, the shrimp Creole is a little spicy but enjoyable, red beans flavorful and corn is buttery and delicious. Definitely recommend trying.
Updated Visit 5/1/22. Food is still amazing, portions generous for the price point. Our server was on double duty as bartender as well but didn't miss a beat!Recommendations were on point and so was the service. Thank you for another great experience! The food service were both good. Be prepared for a wait as this is a new location and lots of people frequent this area.
We had a half hour wait to get seated and it carried over into the service which was somewhat slow and inattentive. We started with a half dozen raw oysters which were excellent, and the best part of the meal. I ordered the shrimp po' boy which tasted great although it was somewhat skimpy in both size and shrimp for the price. My wife had the fried shrimp which looked good to me and she said it tasted good too. All in all a mediocre visit but I'll probably try the place again to see if my mind gets changed.
The wait was supposed to be for an hour and 30 minutes. We waited 3hours for seating. The General Manager Andy is rude, unapproachable and unconcerned. Andy advised the wait was due to 4 people calling in, I can understand why. One of our 5 seat up to 8 tables were canceled, I never received a text saying your table is ready. So, we had a birthday party split up across the restaurant. On a higher note sit at the bar the Asst Mgr is awesome she came from the bar finally questioned the hostes whom are extremely rude on our table and got the rest of our party seated at 8:19pm we had been there since 5. Thank you Karla and the hospitality manager. I'd only sit at the bar. Period
Ok so I have been to this place 3 yes 3 times in a week! Yes, they are that good so far what I have had. The combo skillet is really good spicy. True flavor of New Orleans red beans, ettoufeand shrimp creole. The boudin balls were great. The gumbo was decent but probably the most authentic you will get here in Oklahoma. The fried fish could be bigger pieces but was good. The best item so far and I have it 3 times. Quick backstop I don't even eat bread pudding. I have had their peach pecan bread pudding 3 times. You have to try it. I promise I'm gonna try other stuff. Oh yeah when I went for date night I did have the Jamabalaya pasta great portion. Fried pickles and the popcorn shrimp taste just like Gulf shrimp. This is absolutely the best seafood place in Oklahoma and I have been to many. Oh one more thing...can we say drinks were everything!
