My baby boy is receiving outstanding care from the NICU team, and he's doing wonderfully. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, and may God bless you all.

When my sister and mom visited the ENT today, they were met with extreme rudeness. The doctor refused to conduct any tests, asserting that it’s normal for babies to aspirate and that my nephew didn't need a feeding tube. When my mom asked a question, the doctor pointed at her and said, "I don't know you," which I found very unprofessional. I’m honestly very disappointed because I have always received kind and attentive care for my son’s orthopedic and neurological appointments at the same facility. It’s disheartening to see my nephew not receiving the same level of care, especially when we are simply looking for answers about his breathing issues. We just want someone to help and understand his situation.

I do not recommend having surgery at this facility! My son underwent a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on May 8, 2023, performed by Dr. Borders, and he suffered a burn on the side of his tongue during the procedure. When I raised this concern after the surgery, they dismissed it as normal and did not acknowledge what had happened. My son is in significant pain and has lost a lot of weight. His tongue hurts more than his throat. They sent him home without any medication to manage his pain. His tongue was extremely swollen and red, but they insisted this was normal.

We've only been here for two days, and I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible staff who have taken such wonderful care of my daughter! I will always recommend this place for any needs, and the 2.5-hour drive will be worth it every time we need our children to be looked after and their needs fully addressed!
