Picked up food and it wasn't warm at all. Bread was burnt. Always good before this last visit.Food: 2/5

Staff was very friendly, seating area was clean, our food arrived fast and honestly, one of the best fast food subs I've had in a while! My friend comes in from the next town over just for this place! I'll be back

I placed my order and asked if the bag was my order only to find out it was not after we had been on the road for 10 minutes. Called and let them know I did not get my order and they made it right by giving me a comped meal the next time I went in, which was honored. Thank you for the great customer service.

This was seriously the best sandwich shop I've ever ate at, first trip in made a customer for life.

I ordered catering from Firehouse it was amazing! They brought everything sandwiches, plates, napkins, chips, drinks, cups, pickles, and cookies! They were on time and professional will for sure order again!! Thanks to Diana for placing the order for us!!
